This Sunday we are going to have a time where we can come together, get to know each other, have fun together and celebrate those who are getting baptized.

All the fun will kick off at 3:00 with the Colts vs Packers on the big screen.

Bring your grill and cook up your favorite dish or cook at home, bring some to share. Don’t forget to bring your outdoor chairs! The plan is to begin eating at or around 5:00. We will provide lemonade but please feel free to bring your sodas or water.

Also, our children’s room is going to turn into a big Guitar Hero tournament. A kid’s movie will be going in our green room. If you have board games you can bring those as well.

We hope to have volleyball set up outside and probably a few other fun things.

Baptisms will start between 6 and 7 that evening. Most important of all bring yourself, family or a friend. This is a great time to invite someone out and hang with the 5 Point crew.

This Sunday, October 12th, from 4:30 to 6:00 we will be hosting a Leader and Volunteer meeting for everyone that serves at the 5 Point campus.

For us to be the church we need to be, one that is willing to do “Whatever It Takes”, it’s going to take us all to stepping up to plate. So if you are a leader, there’s opportunity. If you have a heart for kids, there’s opportunity. If you have musical abilities, there’s opportunity. If you are creative, there’s opportunity. If you like babies, there’s opportunity. If you’re into numbers and stuff, there’s opportunity. If you just like to help out wherever, there’s opportunity.
